How Sycamore (LinxHQ) handles the information you share with Lema.

What we collect
The messages and any references you share with Lema, and the contact details (name, email, optional company) you provide when you submit a brief or send us a message through the contact form.
How we use it
Solely to draft your requirements brief, reply to your message, and follow up. A LinxHQ specialist reviews every brief and message personally — nothing is auto-built.
AI processing
Lema is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Your messages are processed by Anthropic to generate responses; per Anthropic's API terms, API inputs are not used to train their models. This processing may occur outside Singapore.
Retention
Chats that are never submitted are automatically deleted after 30 days. Submitted briefs are kept while we work with you, then archived or deleted. We never store your raw IP address — only a salted hash for abuse prevention.
Your rights (PDPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we'll action it and confirm.
Bot protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to keep interactions human. These do not track you across sites.
