Who we are

Sycamore is a studio of LinxHQ Pte Ltd (UEN 200809896K), registered at 1 Commonwealth Lane, #07-32 One Commonwealth, Singapore 149544. "We" and "us" mean LinxHQ Pte Ltd; "you" means the business engaging us.

Business-to-business services

We provide software design, development and related services to businesses, not to consumers. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Each project is agreed in a written proposal or contract that sets the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule.

Project contracts take priority

These terms apply generally and fill any gaps. If a project contract or proposal says something different, the contract prevails for that project, including its own terms, refund and cancellation provisions.

Fees and payment

Fees and due dates are set out in your proposal or invoice, in the currency stated on it. We accept the following payment methods: Credit and debit cards, Bank transfer, FAST, ACH, Stripe, PayPal. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details. Third-party processing or bank fees may apply. Overdue invoices may be subject to a pause in work until payment is received. Billing questions: billing@linxhq.com.

Refunds and cancellations

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refunds.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us timely access, information and feedback needed to deliver the work, and to have the right to share any materials you provide. Delays caused by missing inputs may move timelines.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Ownership of deliverables and treatment of confidential information are set out in your project contract. We keep the information you share with us confidential and use it only to provide the services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice at /privacy.

Governing law

These terms and any project contract that does not specify otherwise are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new engagements. Questions: billing@linxhq.com.
