01 Overview
BandUp is a daily 3-minute English writing challenge designed for Vietnamese students practicing for IELTS Writing Task 2. One question. A three-minute countdown. The entire country writes on the same topic — then unlocks to see what others have written.
After submission, AI returns an estimated band range (e.g., 6.0–6.5), one thing you did well, and one sentence you should improve. Specific, concise, and fluff-free. This is a practice estimate, not an official IELTS score.
02 What we built
ONE QUESTION EVERY DAY
At exactly 6:00 AM, a Writing Task 2 question drops. The whole country receives the exact same question — meaning the leaderboard and news feed are completely fair, with no "picking the easy one."
THREE MINUTES
Write 2–4 sentences expressing your opinion. No pausing, no exiting, no rambling. Perfect for reflex training before stepping into the exam room.
