Field Service · 2026
A field-service app that runs a technician's whole day — route, job, signoff and payment, in one hand.

Squadware Field puts a technician's entire day in one hand. The morning opens on a live route map and a time-ordered job list; each stop carries the customer's history, gate codes and equipment, the agreed line items, and one-tap navigate, call or text-ahead.
Work is closed out on-site — before/after photos, a finger signature, a tip and payment by cash, card, check or pay-link — and the receipt is texted before the tech pulls away. Hours, tips and commission roll into a clear weekly pay view, and the whole app keeps working offline, syncing the moment signal returns.
Opens on a route map and a time-ordered list of the day's stops, with live progress, distances, an 'up next' job, and a persistent clock strip.
Every stop carries the customer and address, call/text/navigate, the job description, field notes (gate codes, pets, parking), an equipment checklist, photos and editable line items.
A guided or checklist close-out: confirm arrival, adjust line items, capture photos, take a finger signature, add a tip, and collect by cash, card, check or pay-link — then text the receipt.
One-tap clock in/out with a running timer, automatic per-job time segments, weekly totals, and a payroll view across hourly, labor commission and tips, with pay-stub history.
Office- and crew-assigned tasks with priority and due dates, weekly availability, time-off requests, personal and compensation details, and security (password, 2FA).
Works offline from a cached route and syncs when signal returns; a sunlight high-contrast mode for outdoor legibility, plus night mode, density and accent options.
