01 Overview
EverySpace is a full-stack facility management platform for property owners and their staff. It manages the entire maintenance lifecycle — from a tenant's request through triage and assignment to a completed work order — with an activity timeline and notifications at every step.
Beyond maintenance, it models the physical estate (buildings, floors, rooms and areas), the people (tenants, technicians, managers and owners), and the money and assets around them: contracts, invoices and payments, physical assets, inventory and procurement, and space bookings — all gated by role-based access across five distinct roles.
