A mini inventory app for small shops, cafés and storerooms — scan it in, scan it out, know what's on the shelf.

BenOne Inventory is a deliberately small inventory SaaS for shops, cafés and storerooms that have outgrown the spreadsheet but don't need a full ERP. Owners and staff record stock in, stock out, adjustments and transfers between up to two locations, and the app keeps a live stock-on-hand balance so every screen stays fast. On the phone, the barcode scanner turns receiving, selling and stocktaking into two taps, and it keeps working offline. When a business outgrows the plan caps, its data exports in ERPNext Data Import format for a clean graduation to ERPNext.
Point the phone camera at a barcode to find an item, or record a stock in or stock out in two taps.
Pick a location, scan and count, review what differs, then post one correction per difference.
Browse the last-seen data and queue quick stock movements without a connection; they sync once you're back online.
Every movement updates a live stock balance per item and location, with suppliers and customers attached when needed.
A low-stock list on the dashboard, plus a daily email to owners and a push notification on the mobile app.
Movement history, daily in/out summary, low-stock and stock value reports, with CSV import and export for items.
The marketing site, web app, operator panel and mobile app switch between Vietnamese (the default) and English.
Small by design, with hard plan caps. When a business outgrows them, an ERPNext export pack carries its items, opening stock, suppliers and customers across.
